Place box flat with tap facing down. Carefully remove the perforated section to access dispensing tap. Take off tamper evident red strip & release pressure. Place box in serving position – you can place a wedge under the back to aid dispense.
Once in position do not move the box as this will cloud the beer. Leave the box in serving position for up to 24 hours before dispensing.
If you don't disturb the box and keep it at the right (cellar) temperature, it should last 6-8 weeks depending on how thirsty you are.

The Nottingham Brewery is situated at the rear of the Plough Inn, Radford, Nottingham. It is a ten barrel plant .
We started producing beer at this site in 2001 and have been brewing traditional real ales ever since.
